Primary 2 Bird Feeder Workshop with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council

As part of their topic Cold Lands Primary 2 enjoyed making bird feeder rings using apples, cheese and raisins with Sarah Jane from Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. They talked about different types of birds. They learnt that winter is a hard time for birds and they need food to help to keep warm on cold frosty nights. Sarah Jane explained what is a good food to leave out for the birds to eat. Many thanks to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council for a very informative workshop.
