On Thursday all children took part in The Daily Mile's 10th Birthday along with hundreds of schools and nurseries around the world. All classes complete the Daily Mile each day in school. We can see the benefits of better concentration and focus in class, improvements to mood and self-efficacy, increased awareness and interest in health & wellbeing and increased fitness levels.
