This week we had lots of fun with Maths to celebrate Maths Week Ireland 2022. Each class engaged in different tasks from Maths Trails around the school to Maths Hunts using our skills of counting, estimating, and measuring. Some classes listened to stories with Maths themes and others engaged in practical activities and games throughout the week. P.5 delivered a wonderful assembly about why Maths is so important in our world today. Everyone worked very hard completing our Mathletics challenge for Maths Week. Well done to the winners in each class and to all pupils for participating!
