A huge thank you to Margaret from the Livestock and Meat Commission, in conjunction with Farm Quality Assured and Food4Life for a wonderful cookery demonstration today for the P6 and P7 classes in line with their topic work this term. Both classes had the opportunity to watch the process of creating a Chilli Beef Pasta dish as well as explore how the foods have came from farm, their nutritional benefits and of course an opportunity to sample the finished product - a delicious treat!
